I just want to take this opportunity to tell you about a Wealthy Affiliate member who’s a very special lady. Her name is Deb Williams, and her user name at Wealthy Affiliate is williams. Anyway, just about everyone there knows who she is because she’s made a lot of great screencast videos showing how to do technical things that newbies find scary. Like ftp.
Anyway, I was trying to get my first website online and running and I was having some major trouble. Nothing I did was working, and the answers that I got in the forum made sense but didn’t work. Finally I sent Deb a pm with a desperate note and my phone number. About 10 minutes later I was really surprised when the phone rang and she was on the line, ready to help sort out my site.
Deb stayed on the phone with me for 45 minutes, and even logged into my hosting account to help me out. Finally, she figured out the problem and my site was up and running. So I just want to say “thank you, Deb” because that was really special.
