“I want some refacing kitchen cabinets done here,” announced Anne.
“Cabinet refacing?” Julie looked around. “You have no cabinets. All you have are those terrible shelving systems.”
Anne shrugged. “Okay, so I’ll get them some doors and drawers. They’ll become cabinets. I saw an ad for it yesterday.”
Julie, who’d studied home decor enough, hardly took the energy to roll her eyes. “Anne. You need to build cabinets if you want doors on them. You can’t just slap boards of wood on old shelves and call it cabinet refacing.”
Anne, however, was precisely the person who could. And would. And did. They lasted two full years. Then, she figured, at least she already had the doors for those cabinets told he she needed to build!
