If you are an athlete, and specifically if you are a gymnast or a cheerleader, then you need to purchase a rectangular trampoline. Simply stated, there is not a better trampoline for you or your needs as an athlete. This is because how the springs are set up and built. They are set up so you are not gently pushed back to the center as you jump, making the jumping much more even and smooth that you would have with a circular trampoline. This will allow you to practice your aerial jumps if you are a gymnast or cheerleader, and will give you much better results. And, you will have tons of fun! Rectangle trampolines allow you to seriously do some major jumps, flips, tucks, and more–you name it and it’s possible!
